Returns

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return

• Email us at contact@kritagna.in within 5 days of delivery
• Our team will review your request and guide you further
• Returns will be accepted only after approval

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
• Product should not be damaged or altered by the customer

Important Notes

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
• Products that fail quality inspection may be rejected

Exchange

We offer exchange in limited situations to ensure fairness.

Eligible Cases

• Size issues (if applicable)
• Change of preference (subject to approval)

Exchange Conditions

• Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Reverse shipping charges may apply

Additional Information

• Exchange is subject to product availability
• If the requested product is unavailable, alternative options or store credit may be offered
• Any price difference must be paid by the customer

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images or videos (unboxing video preferred)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or damaged products (after delivery)
• Customized or personalized items
• Products without original packaging
• Requests raised after the allowed timeframe
