How to Request a Return

- Our team will review your request and guide you further
- Returns will be accepted only after approval
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Product should not be damaged or altered by the customer
Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- Products that fail quality inspection may be rejected

We offer exchange in limited situations to ensure fairness.

Exchange Conditions

Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos (unboxing video preferred)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or damaged products (after delivery)
- Customized or personalized items
- Products without original packaging
- Requests raised after the allowed timeframe
