Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Important Notes

• Orders that are already processed or shipped are considered final
• Kritagna reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues

Refund Policy

1. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Timeline: 7–10 working days
• COD Orders: No refund applicable unless payment was made in advance

2. Refund for Returned Products

• Refund will be initiated after product inspection and approval
• Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

3. Refund for Damaged / Wrong Product

• After verification of the issue, refund or replacement will be provided
• The resolution depends on product availability and case review

4. Refund Method

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
• COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer
  • Customers must provide valid bank details
  • The account must be in the customer’s name

Important Information

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers
• Refunds are processed only after successful verification and approval
